Follmer/Reyes Awareness Month
Just to let you know, the FRR Awareness Month has been
postponed until further notice due to serveral factors
(lack of time being one of them). I just haven't had
the time to promote Awareness Month like I would have
liked to. Maybe it'll happen this year, I'd like that
to be the case, so we'll just have to wait and see what
happens. If you have an interest in the Follmer/Reyes

Calling all fans of the Follmer/Reyes relationship?

and will be a time when Frippers (FRR Fans) get together
and discuss the pairing, watch the episodes, theorize,
and participate in written and visual creative challenges!

Re-design, new content, new challenges |
In preparing for the arrival of Always
On Your Side (Follmer/Reyes website), I have re-designed
this site and have taken off the FRR section, but I
have added some new content that I hope will get people
more active with the site.
Character Information
This section is slow in coming, but I do have some new
items for you. I have completed the "FBI's
Black Sheep" section that goes into what work
Monica was doing with the FBI. I plan on getting up
information for The Luke Doggett Case as soon as possible
because I have a challenge that is centered around that
casefile and I want to be able to provide the best information
that I can for you.
I has also added some multimedia to the character section:
a behind the scenes video from "The Truth",
and a couple of fan music videos (focusing around FRR),
so be sure to check those out! And don't hesitate to
submit your work either! So head on over the Character
Information section!
Photo Gallery
I haven't added any new photos to the archive, though
I am working on that. However, I have added a Photo
of the Moment. This will either be a fan collage or
a favorite promotional image or screen captures. Right
now it is a collage from "Release"
by AllyPhile.
I have also added a Creative Challenge for people who
are into collaging. I did this in the past and didn't
get much response, but I'm trying it again just to see
how it goes. The new challenge is a Season 8 Collage.

Challenge Description:
Create a collage using images from Reyes's episodes
from season 8. The collage should depict her character
during that season of "The X-Files". You
may use any screen captures from this site. Relationship
pairings are excepted, such Skinner/Reyes or even
Scully/Reyes. Episodes include: "This Is Not
Happening", "Empedocles", "Essence",
and "Existence".
Fan Fiction
No new stories added today, but there is a new fanfic
challenge (long awaited I know). It's an interesting
challenge if I do say so myself. Here are the details:
The Vision
Due Date: March 31, 2008

Challenge Description:
"I don't know if it was a psychic experience
or what, but when we found his son, I had a vision.
It was as if for just a moment the body was changed."
- Monica Reyes (Empedocles). Using Monica's words
from "Empedocles", write a story about what
must have went through her mind when Luke Doggett's
body was discovered and what she must have thought
when she saw that his body had changed into ashes.
The story should be written in the first person (through
Monica's point of view) and must include a little
bit of the actual casefile work. Keep the story romance
free and focus on Monica's inner thoughts of what
she just saw. You may include other characters, such
as her FBI partner at the time, John and Barbara Doggett,
even Brad Follmer.
Annabeth Gish
I have added a section for Annabeth since she brought
Reyes to life. It's just a small page with information,
her current projects, filmography, contact information
and charities. Check it
out.

archived, and learn a bit about the characters. Warning,
this site is strictly for the open minded who love to
expand their thoughts beyond the realm of the television
set.
General Site Announcement
Sometime in the near future I will be removing the Follmer/Reyes
section of this website. I will be returning my Follmer/Reyes
website, now called Always
On Your Side, to the web in the near future. No
need to panic if you want to grab all the FRR information
I have, it will not leave the web until the new site
is up. The new site will have the information here,
plus a whole lot more!

It is a dark and spooky Halloween
night and Monica Reyes is all alone. She starts to
hear things... are they in her head? Really there?
Or are they distant memories of her past haunting
her? Write a story about Monica on Halloween night
where something hidden from her past (this life or
another if you wish) is revealed to her through paranormal
means.

I have decided to extend the photo
gallery to include other Annabeth Gish related photos.
I've added screen captures from "Knots", the
first two episodes of "The Brotherhood", and
all of her episodes of "The West Wing". I
have also added more screen captures from her X-Files
episodes (larger too!). Enjoy! And remember that if
you use these captures in any artwork/layout/icons whatever,

site re-opening |
I wasn't ever planning on bringing back this site, but
there were a couple of people who have been supportive
and have inspired the site's return to the world wide
web. Thanks to Cassie and Sabrina! *hugs*
And now on to the updates...
Follmer/Reyes
I've added a couple new things to this section. I'm
trying to spice it up to get people enthusiastic about
the pairing again. Here's what I've added:
- FRR Support Graphics (to display proudly on
your website)
- Fan Music Videos
I'm planning on doing screen captures of Brad and Monica
and having them archived in that section of the site.
I found that it's rather difficult to find Brad and
Monica screen captures (especially Brad Follmer - which
may inspire the return of my Follmer site!)
Fan Fiction
I've re-vamped the Fan Fiction
section. I have categorized the archive in alphabetical
order along with by category. So, if you are looking
for just Skinner/Reyes fics it'll be easy to find. And
if you are looking for a fanfic and only know the title,
well, then you have that option too!
I have added two new stories to the archive:

- "Knowle
Rohrer, In The Bedroom, With The Chocolate Ice Cream"

I have also created a fanfic challenge for the month

photo gallery + trading cards |
Photo Gallery
I've done some slight changes to the website
and moved the Photo Gallery
out of the Monica Reyes character section. This means
the gallery has an easy to find button on the navigation.
I've added scans of the trading
cards to the gallery. All trading cards have been
added from seasons 8 and 9 and the X-Files Connections
cards.
Screen captures for 8x21
"Existence" are now available as well.
If you use them in icons or layouts, please credit the
site!
Also added an illustration of Reyes by Mike Burrell
to the miscellaneous
page of the photo gallery. Enjoy!
