New Orleans Runaway

Challenge Description:
Write a fanfic about Monica in New Orleans. It can be from when she first arrived, or when she left, or somewhere in between. The story must be written in Reyes's point of view (POV) and must be at least 800 words (about four pages). The fanfic must also have an unconventional Reyes Pairing, this means no Doggett/Reyes. For example: Comer/Reyes. And finally, your story must include these opening lines: "The thundering storm outside didn't ease my mind. How could I have been so careless."

Rating & Length:
G to NC-17 is accepted.
Length: at least 800 words (about 4 pages)
